Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time Zone) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific Time Zone) will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notes:

  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
  • We will notify you promptly if there are any unexpected delays in processing your order.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout or upon delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa)
  • Certain remote areas that are inaccessible by standard carriers

If we are unable to ship to your provided address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative shipping solution. If an alternative cannot be arranged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include:

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Decoreofseattle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@decoreofseattle.com . We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Shipping Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
  • All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.
  • Decoreofseattle is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to shipments (though currently we only ship within the U.S.).
